ACIEA and GWP West Africa formalise a strategic partnership
A Memorandum of Understanding signed on 3 July 2026 in Ouagadougou on sustainable water management, climate resilience and digital innovation, centred on the SAAGDO solution.

ACIEA presents SAAGDO to GWP West Africa
On 23 March 2026, the ACIEA delegation was received by the GWP-WA Executive Secretary to present the SAAGDO app and platform.
On 23 March 2026, ACIEA was received by Dr Amadou Lamine NDIAYE, Executive Secretary of the Global Water Partnership – West Africa (GWP-WA).
The delegation discussed the SAAGDO project and presented the app and its administration platform.
The meeting was an important step towards strategic collaboration on innovation, sustainable water management and climate resilience in the Sahel. It paved the way for the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 3 July 2026.
