Data controller

ACIEA, a non-profit organisation based in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), is responsible for the data processing carried out through this website.

Data collected

• Contact form: name, email, organisation (optional), subject, message.
• Partnership request: name, organisation, position, professional email, phone (optional), country, collaboration type, subject, message, optional attachment.
• Newsletter: email address and date of consent.

No IP address is stored in clear: a temporary hashed fingerprint is used solely to limit abusive submissions.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is used to respond to your requests, review collaboration proposals and, if you have consented, send you the newsletter. Processing is based on your consent, collected in each form.

Recipients

Data is only accessible to authorised ACIEA administrators. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Retention

Messages and requests are automatically deleted after the period configured by ACIEA (24 months by default). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies or audience-measurement trackers. Only technical cookies are used: language preference and secure admin session.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to ACIEA via the Contact page.
